INTERFLEX FOAMS have developed in 2019 brand new solutions for the worldwide market and for customers who were looking for a reliable new supplier of semi closed cell EPDM in continuous rolls and who would also be holding a global range , allowing them not to change any habits they currently may have in either roll presentation – Length – packing or properties ..
Our global team focused then to manufacture foamed extruded EPDM which allow converters to continuously work their die cutting or kiss cutting gaskets , without facing any joint which often creates an hard point each 2 meters.
Our high technical EPDM EPSO X foams range comply with any highest standard for water impermeability – leakage – dust (under compression)

Our material can also be supplied with multiple solutions for adhesive backing.
Lately In 2021 we have added new items by introducing EPSO XL FR and EPSO XL 90, two high class materials to fulfill complex specifications.

The original standard range, made in Blocks
EPSO made in block was the first generation of our semi open cell solutions which we developed already 10 years ago , still much used by many companies and approved in various sectors and by almost every OEM.
Our production in blocks allow us to control the final cell aspects and define which kind of performance we will want to achieve.
Our softest grades will be dedicated for HVAC applications, with excellent acoustic performances and low VOC/TVOC rate.
And an especially very fast recovery & excellence in compression set !
Our higher density grades are oriented to different technical applications or water tightness.
INTERFLEX FOAMS Standard EPSO Range is available from 60 kg/m3 material up to +300 kg/m3 material (made on request), which is only possible by making it in blocks.
The technology in blocks can give a better price advantage than extruded rolls in certain cases .
INTERFLEX FOAMS can offer for some products thicknesses ranging from 3 mm up to 60 mm.
In Blocks – Sheets or Rolls also (with a joint each 2 meters)
In 2021 we decided to stop having in permanent stock of some of our grades (EPSO 80, EPSO 100) due to the success of our EPSO X series.
We can however produce various possibilities on demand for our EPSO range in blocs. Do not hesitate to check with us also.
